1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LibraLM Scenario ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LibraLM Scenario is a mobile application for practicing conversations and reviewing frameworks adapted from published books. The App includes free content and optional premium content.

3. Full Access purchase

Free Version

• Includes a selection of scenarios and frameworks
• Includes progress and streak tracking

Full Access

• Full Access is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase
• The price is shown in the App before you confirm the purchase
• It unlocks premium scenarios and frameworks available through the Full Access offering
• It does not renew as a subscription
• You can restore it with the Apple Account used for the original purchase

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App for personal development and educational purposes
• Not share purchase access in ways Apple does not permit
• Respect intellectual property of book authors and frameworks
• Use scenarios as practice tools, not professional advice

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The App contains original scenarios and our interpretations of ideas discussed in published books. Book titles and covers belong to their respective rights holders. Unless stated otherwise, LibraLM Scenario is not affiliated with or endorsed by the authors or publishers. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce App content
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or extract scenarios

6. Disclaimers

Educational Purpose: The App is for educational and practice purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice for legal, psychological, financial, or relationship matters.

Results Not Guaranteed: While the App teaches proven frameworks, individual results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes in your real-life conversations.

7. Limitation of Liability

LibraLM and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple's standard refund process. We do not control Apple's refund policies.

9. Availability

We may change or discontinue parts of the App, but we will not intentionally revoke a valid Full Access entitlement because content has been updated.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or this website.

11. Apple terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and standard end user license agreement.
